Great communication and attitude, very prompt and took the time to properly assess what needed to be moved and to explain how everything would work. I acquired quotes from several moving companies and this one had the best price per volume. They intentionally overestimated the total volume, but said I would only pay for actual volume used. I like this approach as it makes things predictable and may end up saving money in the end.

While ultimately I decided to move myself due to cost, if I had to hire a moving company to do it for me, this would be the one. Very professional!

I had an excellent experience with Universal. The crew was professional, friendly and worked quickly and carefully. They made sure that everything was secure in the truck. At offload, they took extreme caution to cover the flooring in my new place. My crew was a pleasure to work with. The timing and communication with the company was excellent. I was kept informed of arrivals at both the pick up and drop off locations. I couldn't have asked for a better move.

That was the best company ever! The relocation services they offered me were unmatchable. I had a team of dedicated and committed experts relocate me to Florida. The services I received from them were so great. Instead of the hectic experience that most of my friends talked about, I was about to relocate in such an easy and captivating way. I cannot wait to go through such an experience again. You can try them!

I hate disappointments and I wasn’t ready for one when I was relocating to TX from NJ. As such, I consulted on the best moving company to go with and a greater percentage of people suggested Universal Moving Services for long distance moves. I only got to realize why this was their preferred choice after the crew did an amazing job for me. The relocation was flawless and I will forever remain thankful to them. I am so grateful to Universal Moving Services for facilitating an efficient relocation to NJ from TX. They delivered at a reasonable time and had everything sorted out within a few hours. Every single property got to my new residence in perfect condition without even a scratch. I wish I could have known them earlier. Surely, they are the best.

I was prepared to work myself out as hard as I could to ensure that my move was successful. My colleagues had told me several horror stories about movers. Thankfully Universal did not allow me to have such an awful experience as they rendered their service selflessly without allowing me to touch even a pen. This reminded me that I had already paid for the service. They displayed their professionalism ensuring that I enjoyed an amazing experience. Universal Moving Services are experienced movers. The expertise with which they moved our stuff is quite commendable and everything was moved within the fastest possible time. The guys were humorous and cracked jokes and laughed while we moved making the entire move process fun. I did not even know when we arrived at my new apartments. Every detail of our move was handled with a lot of care and professionalism. Am glad I hired you guys for this move.

We had to move on a tight schedule and worked with this company for packing and moving services. They emailed a quote after taking our inventory. The movers were very kind, efficient and punctual. They were patient while dealing with difficult spots. They were also very friendly, efficient and respectful of our things. It was a fantastic moving service overall, definitely I would hire them again and I suggest you hire them and you won’t be disappointed.

After retiring we were looking to downsize and save money. The problem was we had so many valuable memories attached to the furniture and keepsakes we decided to take with us. We looked at several different moving companies before finally selecting Universal Moving Services. Did we make the right choice? Absolutely! The arrangements were made with one telephone call. The staff was kind. They took their time loading and unloading, and, most importantly, nothing was broken. Everything was completed according to schedule. While I never plan to move again, I know the company I will call if I do move is this one.

Initial pickup was awesome. They handled everything with care and very professional. They would of had 5 stars if ... Once they get your load there is NO FOLLOW-UP, poor communication and they screen their phone calls. I was promised delivery 17 days worst case 21 days. I was giving an ETA of Jan3, Jan6 , Jan 10 and finally Jan12 @ 2pm. After several calls and emails to the company I finally got an email with the drivers number. After I called and asked for a someone in charged I was told by Taylor he would find out whats up with the driver and he would call me back. He NEVER called back. The next day the driver called me and gave me another ETA after my load was delivered I learned that the driver was a Carrier that was hired by the company and he was within his 21 day travel time so I couldnt complain to him. He was also very professional. This furniture was a birthday gift for January 6 so of course they missed the birthday surprise. I wouldnt be pissed if I was told this in the beginning when Abby set up my delivery which increase by $90 after my initial total. I asked Abby about the delivery time due to the birthday surprise and she said I would have my furniture in time. I want use them again for these reasons. The only way I will refer them to someone is if they do not mine waiting almost 30 days for there furniture.

I am so happy with Universal Moving Services for making my move go perfect. From the first time we contacted the company things were smooth. The salesperson was informative and the crew on move date was so professional. They were superb when it came to packing my valuables. The delivery was prompt. I would use them again. If you are looking for mover just hire these guys.

My previous moving company experiences were real nightmares compared to moving with Universal. They were really great with packing up my more fragile furniture, helping me put padding on all the antiques and bringing heavier items down the stairs that I couldn’t move myself. I moved from a fifth floor apartment in a building with no elevator, and they didn’t bump the walls once while bringing belongings down! I am very impressed with how efficient and friendly they were. It made my move significantly less stressful. Considering the good price and how smoothly the whole thing went, I would definitely move with this company again.

I extend my gratitude to Universal Moving Services for organizing our move last week. It is surely a treasure for this company to have such a continuity of staff. We appreciate their professionalism and expertise with friendly smiles. They unloaded it into our new house in a flash. They were extremely fast and very efficient. They were able to help out on short notice. The company definitely deserves more attention than it has because of how fast they were and also how cheap they were. I can't thank them enough.

This review should have been posted two weeks ago. I have finally completed all the unpacking, whew! I cannot express enough how wonderful Universal Moving Services is!!! I was never harassed or felt any pressure from the team and was given an honest quote- one of the best prices quality. We moved from our 4-bedroom house to our new 5-bedroom house. When I called them, they seemed quite unmoved by the amount of work involved in this move. 4 guys arrived on time and ready to pack up all my belongings. They worked so hard to pack and load everything and didn’t take any break whatsoever. They delivered on time and my valuables were safe. Who knew moving could be this easy?They had extra packing supplies with them just in case. I can’t thank you guys enough! I will surely recommend!!!

My move went ok. I mean I have nothing to complain about. It just happened the way a move is supposed to go. I got my quote and once I booked my move the sales called me a day before to check if everything was in order. On the moving day, they worked until everything was done. I liked them because they really took their time to make sure that everything was done the right way. The delivery was made on time and the guys took their time to make sure that everything was put in its place and that nothing was damaged. I was satisfied with how my move went and I would move with Universal Moving Services again!

Now I know why Universal Moving Services gets only five star reviews. They make a customer feel so special! They took care of my move like I am their family member. They packed with great care and respected me and my belongings. I did worry at first about the delivery, but they were spot on. And the best part was that there were no damages and the price was great! I honestly believe that they deserve 5 stars.

I am really very happy with the service that I received from Universal Moving Services. They really showed me what they were capable of! The foreman and his team came on time and began the work straightaway. They had a plan about the move and managed the move in a very professional way. Actually they completed my move before the scheduled time! Nothing was missing or broken. I loved seeing their professionalism and care for my belongings. In my opinion, they are the real moving heroes. I must thank them for providing me a problem free and smooth move.

Universal Moving Services helped me with my long distance moving and they did an amazing job for me! I was amazed by their level of professionalism when they came in and take care of all the packing, moving and transporting. I was wondering if that would come with any extra charge provided that their service looked really premium. But thank God! There was no extra charge whatsoever. They sent me the bill and it was exactly what they initially quoted.

I must say the movers from Universal are a lot different from the other movers. They organized my move very efficiently. They always asked me before doing anything extra. My furniture was treated carefully. Nothing was damaged. The delivery was on time and they helped me to decorate my new house. I was kept in the loop throughout the move so I was never worried. I did not expect this level of service from these guys. I was so pleased with their service. I would like to recommend them.

By far the best moving experience ever! The crew was very professional and understanding. They worked pretty quickly and efficiently to move my stuff in a storage. I will be using them again in 2-3 months when it's time to move things back.
