Welcome to u-haul on the boulevard, the most expensive storage units in the Philadelphia metro area! I moved out asap so I could store my stuff elsewhere for over 95 dollars LESS per month. Since it's a price competitive market, I assumed I would get a reasonable rate plus or minus 20 dollars. I never would have guessed it would be so grossly overpriced. Also, even though the u-haul unit was on the first floor, it wasn't climate controlled and had a stuffy smell along with poor lighting. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT rent here. My new unit has the same square footage in climate controlled temperatures on the first floor with longer access hours in a nicer part of the city and the staff was refreshingly pleasant and knowledgeable. If you pick any storage facility other then u-haul, you will make out well. If you do 30 minutes of research like I did, you will do even better!!
