This place is the pits. Ordered items online to be delivered to the store and after they arrived but before I could pick them up they gave away a part of my pre-paid order to someone else who could not have had the required ID. Now I'm having to fight them to get a refund. They suck.

Also, no one ever answers the phone at this store and to contact customer support you need to call the national line and there's at least an hour wait before you'll even get past the annoying recording.They don't even give you an estimated time you'll have to wait.

Then be prepared to spend at least another hour as the support person takes ten times longer to deal with your problem than they should, because their computer system must be a thousand years old and every thing they do requires approval from a superviser, so they keep putting you on hold for these little side chat approvals.

Home Depot 4150 is one of the best places to work! Great customers and workers!!! I left twice and came back because its a friendly and we are like family here.
