DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They lie about everything. Nothing works and they never come to fix it. I don't know how they sleep at night with their business practices. Getting a call back is impossible. You will do nothing but throw money away on a crappy apartment and get nothing in return but frustration. Getting an attorney to try and break the lease. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Templetown is literally THE WORST Realtor out there. It has been by far the worst experience I've ever had renting.

They DO NOT take care of their properties, as you may have read in other reviews. this is true. Once they have their money they don't care at all. They do not care who lives there, they don't care about the condition of the place, they don't answer the phone. But they sure as hell will go out of their way to get their money.

They apparently lost my new address I gave them and mailed my security deposit to the wrong address... and then proceeded to charge me near $100 just to get it sent out again to my address. They charged me and my roommates a $2000 fee because "the walls were over-painted"... but we've lived there for close to 2 years and they never EVER said that the walls were a problem!!



These people are evil and do not care about you or your kid's safety or well-being at all. They will fight you to the last penny in your pocket.

NEVER RENT FROM THEM.

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!



I only wish I did my research before renting with them... I would have saved HUNDREDS of dollars!!
