I love the food but they only have delivery when they feel like it. They loose so many customers that way. One time like 6 people from my job and myself was gonna order a bunch of food but they didn't wanna deliver it.

Took long for the food to come out , but it was so good.

This place has the worst Mac n cheese it taste sour and wait time rediculous

I was so excited to hear that Tasties was coming to the Germantown ave, my excitement was quickly turned into disappointment.The 1st time I tried to order fish fried rice I was told they didn't have any peppers, the 2nd time it was no fish just a bunch of rice, so I figured 3x's is a charm I was wrong nothing but a bunch of rice again. Their food is over rated and it doesn't matter if you call in expect to wait 30-45 minutes.

I experienced good customer service. The gentlemen who took my order over the telephone was very polite. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up and the food was very good. The restaurant is just a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I had a good experience.

I had a great experience at the Germantown location Tasties. I hear a lot of complaints on the wait time for your order. I waited approximately 25 minutes for my order to be ready. I was told 20 to 25 mins for my order to be ready. The customer service was good. I can see why you have a wait time as well because the food is cooked to order and it is a popular restaurant especially in Germantown section. I experienced great food and service at the Germantown location. I will call my order in next time.
