The treatment that they have given my home inside and outside have left us feeling confident that we will not find any bugs of any kind in our home. I have recommended them to family and friends and they too have always been satisfied with the service they have received. Thanks!

Provided by YP.comThe appointment that I had was never confirmed. I called and I was told that my phone number had been lost. I couldn't understand that because when I made the appointment Susan said she seen my name and number on the caller ID. She kept making attempts to explain herself but none of what she said made sense. She said she could still have someone come out. After I called her back to confirm a second time, she said she wasn't interested. She said it was a human error and i believe the customer should be accommodated. Susan said she wasn't interested in giving me service and I was no longer interested myself. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
The appointment was confirmed a few days before the appt.. The day of the appointment, I was taken away from my office to attend to my grandmother in the hospital and my phone was forwarded to my cell. She called me to ask if my tech was still coming on the appt. My tech was running late and I had apologized and said I was in the hosp., and I did not have her number with me to let her know the tech was running late. She actually said she would have to ask her boyfriend if it was ok to still have us over since we were late and called she called me back and said No, don't come and then called back a 2nd time and wanted a discount because we were late and I said, No I cannot, it was only human error and I didn't feel a discount was in order. This was an apartment and I give deep discounts for smaller places and she had already had the 10 off coupon, plus at this point my tech was on another appointemnt. As I said, I was doing business from my grandmothers hosp. room and she knew this as well. In my defense, the potential customer is not always friendly and accomdating.

Provided by YP.comI was a customer of Crimlis Exterminating years ago and they had taken care of termites for us. I had a huge problem
with water bugs and called Peg Crimlis and her neice Susan had taken over the business. Susan had Tom come
out to my home and he did a wonderful job. I'm having them come out every other month for maintence
the cost is very reasonable and worth it for piece of mind. They are a wonderful company with personal service
you can't get today.
