I had a pipe burst in my basement and was reffered to SteamMyCarpets.com. They came out within an hour of my phone call and did a great job removing the sage and drying out my basement. They took care of the problem and my basement is back to normal. Exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I used to use a company and thought they were good until I gave SteamMyCarpets a try. The techs were very professional and courteous. My furniture was moved, the carpets look great (no stains resurfaced once the carpets dried) and they did not break my pocket! I Strongly recommend them!

We were so worried about the stains on our carpet that it won't come out and that we'll be wasting the cleaning money, but Jay assured us that he has the experience to care take of it, make us worry-free, and what he has to offere is the REAL DEAL. He was so right -- he knows what he was talking about. We became worry-free during the cleaning process, even before he was done with our carpet because he is very professional in what he does. He took time with it and it showed that he cares about the carpet. He's such a gentleman -- polite, friendly, and very respectful. After he was done I asked him for extra business cards so that I can recommend him to friends, families, anyone I come across. Needless to say that I would definitely recommend you to call him right now. If you're still not convince log on to his website and read his mission statement -- I can definitely say that his work upholds to it. We were thankful to have the opportunity to witness to his work and proud to be a witness to his work.
