I was having a problem with bedbugs and called a number of companies, but this company responded to my call at 1am in the morning! and propped me on things that I needed to do to prepare for them to come out and do the service. They were very professional and informative and on time. What I liked the most is that they are a green environment, using heat technology and didn't have to throw any of my furniture out unless I wanted to after the treatment.
