I first went to them in November 2013 for a refrigerator, it works excellently. Fast service great quality so when I needed a washer and dryer I thought they would be a safe choice. Ha. They delivered a stacked washer and dryer to me that firstly was missing parts, I was told to get them from home depot because they did not have them. Once it was all set up it didn't work. They told me everyday that week they would be out and never came. I threatened to get my refund and they came out. It still doesn't work.

Ordered a washer and dryer in December and had problems with the washer due to faulty work. Called every week to have the repair guys return and while they agreed to it, I never saw them again until next year! Didn't show in either January but in February the repair men returned once I threatened to get my refund. They dismantled my washer and never returned nor answer my phone calls. Avoid this business like a plague, I wouldn't even give 1 Star if possible. Unprofessional, lazy and tardy.
