Don't waste your time! The employees are rude, and the owner doesn't care. He thinks because he is a "TV Star" now, he can treat customers poorly. He completely fogot about an appointment for wedding floweral arrangements. He never even called to apologize. There is NO attention to detail. I DO NOT recomend this shop.

My friend is a bride and made an apt with Robertson's. She was so excited for her meeting and even paid for a babysitter so she could make the time that they could get her in. The next day I was sickened to find out, not only was the woman up front rude to her& having her wait for almost 30 minutes. My friend after waiting 30 minutes went to the front desk and interrupted the woman's PERSONAL phone call only to find out the person she was set to meet had already left for the day. The man she was set to meet was supposed to send her directions, never did ; was supposed to contact her to follow up before the meeting, never did. That following day we waited to see when this guy would call to apologize or email. Nothing of the such ever took place. Two days later my friend called and the man knew of the mix up that NIGHT and never called, emailed or anything to apologize. And when she told him how upset she was about the whole fiasco, all he did was apologize but offered no explanation for anything that happend OR for the lack of follow up! I would NEVER again recommend this company to anyone. I myself am a newly engaged woman and will NOT being even considering them. I know the stress of planning a wedding and think they should be ashamed of how they handled themselves! PERIOD
