This company was contracted through AAA to fix my tire. The person that was sent to my location could not take the tire the off after numerous attempts. He pulled out a long metal pole from his vehicle in efforts to pry the tire off. Eventually he got the tire off but damaged my rim in the process. Instead of making me aware of the damage, he swiftly place the tire back into my truck and did not say a word. Since I was very relieved that my tire was replaced with my full spare tire, I did not look at the regular tire until a week later. I notified AAA of the damage online but they claim they did not receive the message. The customer service representative stated that perhaps because it's such a large company, it may have gotten lost somewhere. When AAA finally contacted this company they claim they did not do this, do not remember the call and I'm left with a damaged tire again. Horrible!!!!!

Waited less than 10 minutes for Ricci's Towing to arrive. Driver was so nice and very knowledgeable. He knew why my car wouldn't start immediately. You would think it would be a dead battery on this frigid day but it was not. It was due to a fuel tank issue. Saved the day and lots of $$$. Thanks!

In the past 2 weeks, I've had to use AAA twice and in both instances Ricci's Towing was sent and in both instances the driver was polite and incredibly helpful. Great service! The driver could not have been nicer.

It was on a Sunday morning i went out to start my car and nothing so I had called aaa and they sent riccis I was thinking wow its gonna take forever well I mines as well get coffee then as I went in to get coffee riccis had called and told my driver will be there in 5 minutes I'm thinking wow as I went in he pulled up and was very polite and respectful and introduced his self he helped me with my battery said I needed a new I bought one and haven't had a issue since definitely great service and will recommend to others dispatcher was very polite and the driver was here very quickly if u ever need help call them they have been the quickest road side assistance I ever had

Polite and professional drivers. Towed me once and helped with a dead battery also. Best service I've had in the Northeast.

The worst experience. I had to deal with them through AAA and it was the worst mistake... It took them 2 1/2 hours to get to where I was at despite the fact that it was showing up as arrived... called AAA and filed a complaint... AAA needs to reconsider dealing with them and use their own drivers because I have never had an issue with one of their drivers.

Horrible service; thee absolute worst. They are affiliated with AAA and this is the sole reason I had to deal with them. I had a battery under AAA's warranty and it was clearly the battery but they find numerous excuses not to have the battery replaced; instead they tried to say it was something wrong with my electrical system and after I had two different guys come out from the same location they both had different reasons not to have my battery replaced. I made AAA aware but they unfortunately have to go by the word of these crooks. Needless to say I replaced the battery myself and it has been going strong for roughly 9 months by now.....hmmm wonder what happened to that electrical system. Please beware before doing business with them or if AAA tries to send them to your location it's not worth the hassle, both techs were very unprofessional to say the least.

We received the nastiest driver while using AAA. The driver was called out to tow a car to get electrical work done. He jumped the car then tried to act like he knew what our issue was even though we have been dealing with this problem for over two years. He had no clue why he was even called out and then was rude on top of it. Very unprofessional and hopefully we never have to use you again.
