I am completely frustrated after bought the odyssey. They missed to give the receipt for my warrant, I tried one week to speak with Finance manager about my receipt, they not even responded.
I have not yet get it after a month. They are very kind when the time of buying the vehicle after that we cant expect anything from them.
They didn’t install the floor mat correctly and improperly close the hood. It is very headache to do a business with them.
My best suggestion is : STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF DEALERSHIP, SINCE WE EXPECT GOOD SERVICE AFTER PURCAHSE OF CAR.

Provided by YP.comThe sales manager, Mario was and has been a fantastic manager to do business with. He has been there for as long as I have been leasing my cars over 20 years. From start to finish, the staff, the waiting time, the work that was done, the cleanliness and everything was excellent. I've been dealing with them for years. They have always given me great service every time I go.

Our car salesman, Chris Tran, worked with us in every way possible to make this process less traumatic and more satisfying and pleasurable. I cannot say enough about Chris and how well we were treated as customers. My husband and I left feeling 100% confident and secure with the decision we made with Chris' help. We would definitely remain loyal customers to Chris for the outstanding customer service he showed us. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to family and friends as an outstanding car salesman! Five starts all the way!

Every single experience, from regular maintenance to state inspections to full body repair, has been nothing short of exceptional. I truly appreciate the staff at Piazza. They are pleasant, respectful, helpful and genuine. Having work done on your car is never a fun experience, but for the first time ever, I don't dread coming to a car repair shop or waiting around for the work to be completed. The customer waiting room is comfortable and clean. I also appreciate the wireless internet where I can get work done while I wait!

They are courtesy, professional, knowledgeable of all Honda products. Each and every visit is pleasurable, if it's for service or sales. I commend the dealership with the highest marks available and hope that you convene my wishes to all. Especially Sam, Vince and Mario in the sales department and Greg and Mike in service. I have purchased or leased maybe six or seven vehicles over the years and have enjoyed each Honda vehicles. Thanks and keep up the good work.

The first experience at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia was very good and my recent experience was even better - the best ever in purchasing a vehicle. The dealer is great to work with.
