Philadelphia police officers are the most evil on Earth. Over 400 have been convicted of felonies in just the past 30 years. Thirty-eight Philly cops have been arrested in just the past two years alone, which extrapolates to a staggering five-percent arrest rate. For each prosecuted scapegoat, there are dozens more who do not even get legitimately investigated, much less prosecuted, as per a 2004 prosecutor-conducted study of the Philadelphia Police Department. As such, the only logical conclusion could be that the vast majority of Philly cops are criminals. Philadelphia police officers have carte blanche to perpetrate every imaginable crime -- with little fear of ever being held accountable. They are nothing more than a gang of thugs like any other, except that they have the so-called justice system to abuse as a weapon against their enemies.
