I take both of my vehicles to this pepboys for maintenance and service. I have always been satisfied with their work. The techicians are prtofessional and courteous. You are kept informed about their findings and the work is done expediously at a fair price.

Please do NOT take your vehicle to this location. I took my vehicle to this Pep Boys for a simple AC charge. Pep Boys said they did the repair and then charged us over $100. We had the vehicle back for about 5 hours when the AC fan/blower quit working. We returned to Pep Boys and they claimed they did not break the fan/blower. They proceeded to nickel and dime us out of $45 in order to get the vehicle back. We resisted paying the additional money for them to simply diagnose that they thought they didn't break the blower, but were bullied in to paying. They estimated up to $500 to repair the fan/blower. We took the vehicle to another repair shop where the fan/blower was fixed for free in ten minutes. (It was clearly damaged when Pep Boys did their initial repairs.) We also had the initial problem repaired appropriately for hundreds less than what Pep Boys estimated. PLEASE DO NOT take your vehicle here so that you will not get scammed!
