The guys here did a great job adjusting to my travel plans ( even gave me personal cell #'s so I could contact them when I arrived after they were clased!). Oh, yeah. Their rates are low...I'll be back.

The people may it a great experience. Very polite and friendly. I WILL use Payless on our next trip from Philly.

The staff was incredibly courteous, and our car was in better condition than when we left it because they washed it. We've used two other airport parking services, and this is by far the best. You cannot beat the service or the price.

This is the first time I used Payless and from the beginning to end the service was excellent. My return flight was delayed putting my arrival past midnight. When I called to advise them I would be arriving after their closing time, they were courteous and told me they would remain open until I arrived. The van was waiting at the airport and I was on my way home within minutes of my arrival. Great job!!

cannot say enough good things about the service we received from your staff in Philadelphia. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our return flight was late returning to Philly on Saturday and it was no problem at all. The driver came right away to pick us up and was friendly. When we got back to your location our car was waiting for us. I almost didn't think it was our Jeep because it was so clean. We will use your parking service the next time we fly. Professional, courteous staff. Timely drop and pickup from airport. They were even expecting my arrival and had a van ready for pickup. Add to this, they even gave me a free car wash. At this price, the service is unbeatable. Reserve without hesitation.

My husband rented a car on Mar 4th and 2 weeks later he discovered he misplaced his glasses. I called today to see if he might have left them in the car.



I had the pleasure of speaking with Denny, who truly demonstrated he understands the relationship with a customer extends beyond the rental. Denny went out of his way to check every possibility for where they might be. When he came back to tell me he hadn't found them, I believed he had done everything possible.



It's situations out of the norm, such as this one, that can make a customer relationship. If Denny had been too busy to check, if he said there was nothing he could do because it happened 2 weeks ago, or had given me any other excuse, this experience with Payless could easily have changed my mind about where to do business next time.



It's not always the big things or the obvious that turn a customer into an advocate for you.

Fast friendly service. Great price. Will use again.

Pick up at the airport was fast. Got to my car and on the road faster than if I had gone to the econo lot.

The shuttle was quick and the drivers/staff were personable. The free car wash was a bonus, and although the car wasn't perfectly clean, it looked a lot better than when I drove it into the lot. I will definitely use the Payless Parking facility again in the future.

Everything was positive. I had reserved online and they were already for me when I arrived. Van took me to airport right away. When I returned,called and within 5 minutes the van arrived to take me to car. Car was waiting and had been washed. Van driver put bags in car and gave me directions as to how to get to Rt 95N. Will use them again

People were courteous and picked us up at airport when called. Our car was freshly washed when we arrived at parking lot.

Good, was able to negotiate a fair deal, with the sales person, managers, etc. everyone was very friendly, dont like having to use all these words it diminishes my comments in my opinion..,

Mr. Gass was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. He had a lot of knowledge of the vehicle I wanted to purchase and made the whole expericance very pleasureable.

recommend Payless Parking to anyone, their service is excellent. The crew is committed to service the customer, I wish I knew what the company is doing to keep the crew so motivated. Trust me it makes a huge difference! I even found my car washed when I came to pick it up. Fast service, good manners, you cannot ask for more.

We arrived and they were very nice about everything and got us to the airport right away. Upon our return, we called when we got our bags and they picked us up within 5 minutes. Better service than I've had with more expensive parking lots around the PHL airport. Would definitely use again.
