Fix Everything Yourself!

So the guys at OCF come off really nice and caring, that is until you actually rent an apartment from them. As soon as you sign the lease they forget all about you. I have had multiple problems in my apartment since moving in 2 months ago and each time I inform OCF I get the standard "Oh we are extremely sorry, we'll get someone over there today." Of course no one shows up, even after multiple calls. So in the end after waiting weeks I usually just have to fix it myself. Don't be fooled by their caring attitudes when they are showing you places, they really will forget about you once you sign the lease. Although I am only 2 months into my lease I can already tell you that I will not be renewing, unless you have the time and money to fix everything on your own I recommend you stay away from OCF.

It's upsetting to read this but as a growing business we did struggle to respond to non-emergency maintenance requests as quickly as we would have liked. That being said, the very fact that we do manage the properties we rent shows that we care about the individuals leasing with us. We don't sign a lease and disappear...we are there for the long hall. I won't downplay this writer's frustrations but promise we have hundreds of tenants that have had an incredibly positive experience with us. There is always room for improvement and we will work hard to continue improving on the services we offer. -Ori Feibush
