Dangerous combination of arrogance and incompetence. Do yourself a favor, and seriously consider other options than using this place. My story - I had scheduled a test with NE Aviation. 11 days later I show up to take test - place is closed. Finally track owner/test-giver in next building over. Does not believe me when I tell him I scheduled the test until I prove it to him by getting computer-based test center on phone. He then threatens to not give me the test. Later, when he finally acquiesces to give me the test (He seems caught up in the power he had - laughable! He just supplies the computer for me to take the electronic test - get over yourself!). Then, I learn that their license to be a "CATS" testing center lapsed, and I wasted my trip. Really unbelievable. I left feeling sad for this kid who was trying to play with the big boys by touting himself as the owner, but simply could not pull it off.
