5 for service. 1 for customer service. I have nothing bad to say about the hairstylists they all are pretty awesome. The problem I have is with the checkout process. On several occasions when I checkout(about 5) they don't have change for a 20. When this happens the customer is instructed to go next door to the store and ask the owner of that store for change or to purchase something. I also have been instructed to use my debit card with a fee of $1.69 I'm not sure of the legality of the fee but it's just bad customer service. I really love my stylist but I'm not sure how much longer I will frequent the salon.

Since my mom has always cut my hair, I was a little hesitant getting my hair cut by a total stranger. However, my experience at Models Ink was wonderful! The studio itself was very clean, and the staff was professional and courteous. Lawrence cut my hair and did a fantastic job!!! My mom would be jealous of his work!! Needless to say, I will make a return visit!! I highly recommend Models Ink for your hair needs.
