A+ on food and service!!!!

I love Steak Frites, and McCrossen's just provided the best I've ever eaten. Great! The problem was that I ordered them for take-out. Came a bit past the 15 minutes they said, and then waited another 25+ minutes for the good to appear. Since this has happened before, I have to guess this is planned to get customers to buy drinks at bar while waiting. Great food! Offensive service tactics.
