Took the kids to get something to eat before we went to the movies. Simple order of chicken fingers and fries for the kids The chicken was so overcome I had to send it back because the kids could not bite through it. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium with fried onions and mayo. I received a well-done burger no fried onions no mayo and lettuce on it was rotten dark and mushy. So I would not recommend anyone eat there. I only gave it the one star because the wait staff were very nice and polite. Beware eat at your own risk.

When I was dining at the Manayunk Diner, I experienced mice dropping on my table and I was sickened. I know that resturants have mice and things but to leave dropping on the tables, thats terrible. They have new owners there and its really going down hill. They have their dog upstairs in the private lounge and it barks while your dining and its really gotten very dirty in the main area of eating. It never looked like that when Erik owned it. The prices are outragious too. I paid 12.00 for a salad. And their new hostess is a joke too. It has to be a relative cause all she does is eat in front of the hostess station or talk on her cell phone while she's seating you or is on her computer at the table and not paying attention to anything.
