I rented with JMH for two years and it was absolutely horrific. They were unbelievably rude and were unwilling to listen to our concerns. They were difficult to deal with in the office, often making us jump through hoops for simple needs. They made promises about our apartment that they never followed through with. If you work a normal job with normal hours, it doesn't matter, they're still never open to help you anyway. They also give out the keys to your apartment for all service related things and don't care if you want to be home to monitor your place.

this company has no interest in taking care of their tenants. They nickel and dime the heck out of you for every reason imaginable. I have never dealt with a company that has been so rude and so clearly more considered with their bottom line. I have dealt with JMH for 2 years too long. The receptionists are incompetent morons and Alan is a complete prick. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I do not understand the other reviews positive experiences because I have never had a good experience with this sinister company.

To put it bluntly renting from JMH was a terribly UNPLEASENT experience.
Upon move in our apartment which, was agreed to be cleaned and repainted was filthy and still scattered with left belonging from former residence.
Any large or small maintance malfunction took at least a week to be taken care of then DRASTICLY overpriced.
JMH employees are rude, unhelpful, belittleing and condiscending, especially the manager Alan Folkman.
When we moved out we left our apartment in cleaner condition then when we moved out but were still charged $500 for cleaning!!! Aswell as any other unreasonable excuse they could come up with.
DO NOT RENT FROM JMH
