I rented with JMH for two years and it was absolutely horrific. They were unbelievably rude and were unwilling to listen to our concerns. They were difficult to deal with in the office, often making us jump through hoops for simple needs. They made promises about our apartment that they never followed through with. If you work a normal job with normal hours, it doesn't matter, they're still never open to help you anyway. They also give out the keys to your apartment for all service related things and don't care if you want to be home to monitor your place.

this company has no interest in taking care of their tenants. They nickel and dime the heck out of you for every reason imaginable. I have never dealt with a company that has been so rude and so clearly more considered with their bottom line. I have dealt with JMH for 2 years too long. The receptionists are incompetent morons and Alan is a complete prick. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I do not understand the other reviews positive experiences because I have never had a good experience with this sinister company.

-Great customer service. Everyone was friendly, prompt, extremely helpful and I felt like they truly enjoyed having me as a guest.

The office staff are friendly, efficient, and hard working. The maintenance staff is responsive, talented, and accountable.I would recommend JMH Realty and his staff without hesitation.

JMH Realty Concepts has been managing my condo for over a year now. Exactly the kind of management that I was looking for, hassle-free. They took care of some of the prep work prior to renting since I was moving out of state also. The experience has been so great that we are now listing another house with them. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a property manager.

I was referred to JHM Realty from a friend in search of renting an apartment. I couldn't be happier with the way our search turned out. I provided the area that my friends and I wanted, certain amenities we were looking for, and a price range we felt was affordable. JHM Realty lined up showings for us and made the process seamless and comfortable. They showed us 3 places that fit our description and we signed a lease the next week. I highly recommend this company for your search. They care about their customers and work hard to satisfy your needs.

When looking for my last apartment I was pretty discouraged with what I was seeing. I found an ad on craigslist for an apartment with JMH Realty. I clicked on the link with their web site, and found some nice looking apartments. They had pictures, maps, and pretty good descriptions. I checked them out and found a nice place. They were pretty good to work with and the process was easy since all of the information was on the web site. I like my place and havent had any problems since moving in. Id recommend them to my friends.

To put it bluntly renting from JMH was a terribly UNPLEASENT experience.



Upon move in our apartment which, was agreed to be cleaned and repainted was filthy and still scattered with left belonging from former residence.



Any large or small maintance malfunction took at least a week to be taken care of then DRASTICLY overpriced.



JMH employees are rude, unhelpful, belittleing and condiscending, especially the manager Alan Folkman.



When we moved out we left our apartment in cleaner condition then when we moved out but were still charged $500 for cleaning!!! Aswell as any other unreasonable excuse they could come up with.



DO NOT RENT FROM JMH
