Horrible service. I had to physical go to the place 4 times just to get my window fixed. They told me the part was in but it wasn't. For 2 days, they told me they ordered but never did. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this place to get the driver side window replaced on my BMW 2007- they gave me a quote of $200 dollars which was at least $100 less than other places so I went straight there. They replaced the window within 1h and told me not to open or close it for 3 days to let it cure. I thought that was weird cause I dont remember hearing anything like that when I was repairing my windows in the past but I said ok. On my way home i noticed this weird noise like the wind was getting inside my car throught the window. When I stopped the car I notice that there was a space in between the window and the frame so I went back to Jack's auto to tell them about it- they didnt even want to go outside to look at it. I was told that its probably my fault cause they told me not to use the window i i must have moved it and that they are busy so I can either wait 4 hours or come back when they are not busy. Also I couldn't make an appointment because they only take walk ins. Now im forced to fix the window at another shop, pay for it and try to get my money from Jack's auto in court. Save yourself time and money - find an honest place that will do a good job.

So fast, easy and affordable!! Someone broke into my driver's side window just to steal my car's cd player from the '01 over a weekend... it was supposed to rain all week and I drive everyday to work. So I found Jake's online and showed up without an appointment at 815am on a Monday. By 915 I was out of there and paid a little over $100 dollars (keep in mind my car is old and generic). HIGHLY recommend this place!
