Everything from trying to get an appointment to waiting in the waiting room for over an hour to get called back and wait another hour to not even see a doctor. The staff is rude and they do not care about people. I will never take my kids back

AWFUL, MY SON HAD A FEVER AND A COUGH FOR 8 DAYS. THEY SAID ITS A VIRUS AND LET IT RUN ITS COURSE. FINALLY I FOLLOWED MY INSTINCTS AND TOOK HIM TO URGENT CARE, WHERE HE GOT AN XRAY AND TURNED OUT TO HAVE PNEUMONIA!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND ITS SCARY TO THINK THAT SUCH INCOMPETENT PLACES EXIST!!!

I have been waiting for over 2.5 years for my child's medical records too be sent to our new doctor. These people don't care and they are incompetent.

Always a long wait. Last visit they said our daughter was OK... Saw a different Dr to find out she had an ear infection and chest cold.



Now I'm sitting in a waiting room that smells like cigarette smoke.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE!! The staff and nurse practitioners are incompetent. The only good things about this office is one good doctor and evening hours. However, you rarely get to see a doctor and they always push a nurse practitioner on you. My son was misdiagnosed by the NP twice. I should have learned my lesson. Once she told me my son simply had a cold when it was really RSV and croup. A second time I was told he had Hand Foot and Mouth disease and he had to be kept in the house for a week when it was really a small spider bite! Although they offer weekend and evening hours, expect to wait up to or over an hour for a scheduled well visit. And if you even think about complaining, they will lie to you to shut you up. Take your child elsewhere and don't waste your time at Holland Pediatrics!!
