In the warehouse we use a team approach, where a customer service representative and a dispatcher work side by side to insure that every delivery exactly meets your requirements. After taking careful note of your instructions and deadlines, we then do anything, and everything, necessary to get the job done. On the street our fleet of couriers includes bike messengers and drivers of cars, vans, and trucks. All staff have passed background checks and vehicle inspections, and have completed a rigorous training program. Good service

I liked the first end best where I made the call and ordered a pick up. The messenger arrived and was a little scruffy but he's a messenger so that was no problem. He was there w/in an hour as promised and courteously picked up my delivery. The only slight complaint I had was that they did not offer my confirmation of delivery slip and I had to call twice about it even though I told the driver I needed it before he took off with the delivery, and the dispatcher later that day. But I got it the next day after calling again. The price was comparably good and I'd use them again as long as I have the time to follow up.
