Delaware Valley Community Health, also known as DVCH, is a private, nonprofit organization that offers a range of primary medical and dental care services to patients. Operational for more than 35 years, serves Latino and African- American communities in northern Philadelphia, Norristown and Montgomery County in Pennsylvania. The organization is accredited by The Joint Commission. Delaware Valley Community Health operates the Fairmount Primary Care Center, which offers behavioral health, prenatal care, and adult and family medicine services, as well as practices in the areas of gynecology and pediatrics. The organization also manages the Norristown Regional Health Center and the Maria de los Santos (MdlS) Health Center.
