AVOID THIS PLACE. For some reason, this is the only Enterprise location for miles that carries the Weekend Rental Special. I rented twice from them for this reason, both times were DISASTERS.



The first time, they told me on the phone that they could pick me up, as stated in all of their advertisements. They couldn't even though I only live 2 miles away. I found at the last minute.



The second time, they: 1. Improperly checked out the car; 2. Made the car alarm go off and then didn't know how to turn it off; 3. Left their car keys in the car, making me meet with them later; 4. Found a "dent" in the car, which they charged me $800 for.



While it's possible that this very small dent was made by me, it was highly unlikely. The national customer service was sorry and told me that the Regional Manager would take care of it. They never called, we had to hunt them down.



At this point, it has been four months. Enterprise claims that they will remove the charge but have not yet done it.

I had a terrible experience at this location! They are scattered and unprofessional. They are charging me for a small dent on the car, which I believe is smaller than 'a ping pong ball' or whatever their metrix is. I believe it may be fraud.

In the last month, I have called the customer care line three times, and they have taken my complaint and passed down my info to the regional manager. Never received a call back. Called the area manager twice, and finally received a call back. He said that he would look into it and call be back the same day. That was 4 business days ago. INCREDIBLY LOUSY SERVICE!

Their automated email asked me to rate them twice, and I have waited over a month to rate this location specifically and Enterprise in general, hoping to get the matter resolved. I want to warn others, stay away from this location!

This is the second time renting at the Philly airport. Great service ! Speedy ! Very helpful, kind and considerate. These people were the best. I travel quiet a bit and they are on top of their game. They go above and beyond making sure you have what you need, in a timely manner.I cant wait to go back. The manager was great too, she was available when her team needed her. Very pleasant experience. Thank you all !

When ever I fly in to Philadelphia I come here for my rental car in fact I upgraded my membership to plus services. The folks working there try very hard to provide the best service possible. However, its the same every time I go, if I try to use the check in kiosk, it stops me and does not let me complete. So than I have to wait in line. Even with an upgrade to plus I ended up in the same line, so that was a waste of time. Bottom line, do not ever be in hurry when you go to rent a car from anyone. Try to do as much of the rental paper work as you can on line long before you go. Keep your expectations low so you will always be pleased.

I rented a car on Sept. 30 from Enterprise at PHL, PA airport and their service was excellent. They were giving everyone in the store a bottle of water and a pretzel while they were getting us our car. Very excellent vehicle, upgraded from what we had paid for. Enterprise always has great personal service. I have had impeccable service from each individual. They have great cars. I have been using them more often for my weekend getaways. I recommend them to everyone. When they know their customers on first name basis you know their doing something right.
