Judith was a delight! On July 17th, 2017, I needed legal documents notarized and I looked up Center City Notary (Philadelphia PA) and noticed they offered 24 hour services. I went to the office and found that Judith had left for the day. However, the man at the desk gave me Judith's card and told me to call her. After calling around 7:30pm, Judith politely answered the phone and told me to meet her just a few blocks away. Around 8pm we wrapped up the notary service and I was on my way. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! I highly recommend Center City Notary.
