Wish I could give zero stars for this business. The tint was a birthday gift from my girlfriend and has turned into a nightmare. I have been to this location FOUR times and now have to pick up my car and return ONCE again, and who knows maybe even again if they STILL can't get things right. The vehicle is a 2013 dodge avenger , the drivers side window has razor like cuts and particles under the tint. The other problem is the front brow where a dot matrix is. If the owner would of said he couldn't tint that properly it would of never been asked, instead he said nothing and tinted it anyways and now it looks like an at home tint job partially raised and hazed. My second visit to the shop I asked him to cut a piece of vinyl to place over the dot matrix and he agreed to do so after saying it would cost $40.00. I told him I could drop it off Friday and he agreed. When I got home to check the rest of the tint I noticed the film was not aligned on the window properly and had a large gap where the tint meets the top of the window. There were also razor like marks we deep indents and particles stuck under the tint. I called him and let him know what I noticed and he said he would take a look at it when I dropped it off. So I dropped it off as promised and he called me today saying he did not place the vinyl, will not issue a refund, although he did admit the tint on the drivers side window needed to be replaced but for any work to be done I would have to come get my car ONCE MORE and bring it in again during the week. I asked him why did he even agree to let me bring it in if he was not doing any work and he hung up on me twice. He blames the imperfections on being double booked and under staffed. Then the owner contends he should of charged me $100 dollars more like he did me a favor! He plays with prices and downplays his mistakes. I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere otherwise you will be stuck dealing with an owner who has no respect for his customers. I've seen my same year and model car done professionally without flaws, including the brow on the windshield at plenty of other shops in the area. If it was not for the fact my girlfriend already paid, and can not get a refund, I would not even bother with this owner anymore. Save yourself some serious frustration, read the other bad reviews and take heed, this guy Steve is highly unprofessional.

the shadiest "owner" that i've met in my life., the edges of the tint was hanging off the edge and crooked like no other (ive had 5-6 tints done on my cars before elsewhere) when took it back, he said, "are you NUTS? you complaining about this?"

wow... I was lost for words when I was treated like this after having them put up the tint... a big mistake. I must be NUTS, because I am complaining about strip hanging off the edge and the misaligned cut that they did??

never ever in my life will go back. People asked me if I did the tint myself after looking at it... embarrasing

Thank you guys!! It has now been a few months since I had my 2012 Nissan Altima tinted. I LOVE IT! I did have bubbles at first but just as they said, they disappeared after a few days. All in all, a great job and I will definitely recommend!

They did a hell of a job. Steve treated me with well respect even gave a lil discount. They work quite quickly. I dropped off the car went to get something to eat came back and they were finished.100% BEST TINT SHOP IN PHILLY!!!

these guys were the cheapest! That should have been my first warning. Cheap price = CHEAP TINT It's only been three months since they tinted my car and the tint is turning PURPLE allready when I called they kind of blew me off so I went back and they blew me off again saying they only warrantee against bubbles witch are now starting to form. Best price aint allways the best deal BEWARE!!!!

I was there to get tint done sometime during the winter months it was cold out. At first there were small bubbles on my windows, just a few of them, and they did go away after a few days which I understand is normal, I was totally happy with the work done there and I even put my window down right after they did the tint and I still had no issues and the tint, it still looks perfect ! Like I already stated its nice to be able to watch them while working on your car since the waiting area is right there. Good job guys I've recommended you already to a few people. The location is ok, its pretty easy to find. I will go back to give them more business!

Can't say enough good things about the amount of service I received from Car Pretty along with their owner, Steve. My car turned out great and there is NO other place I would ever go to or reccommend other than Car Pretty. Between the job they did on my car not to mention the service I received, I was very happy.

i am extremely please with how the tint turned out. they are very efficient and make sure there are no errors with their work. the staff is very friendly and helpful. they use the finest tint and their prices are also the cheapest i could find in the tri-state area. I would definitely recommend Car Pretty to anyone who wants a quality tint.

how often can you say positive things these days about the quality of service? these guys are real pros.i called on thursday and i spoke with steve asked about tinting my car windows he told me about the process and also let me know how much... he told me he has weekend hours which was great because i work mon-fri... so i went on saturday had a 9:00 am appointment i was early they took me right away and i was out of there shop by 10:15 am...

i had 2 cars done there,,,one 2 years ago and a kid named ryan did it and it was great..now hes gone and the work was shoddy..i went back and they brushed me off...i went to another shop to get it fixed..
