This outfit bought out my longtime rheumatologist & suddenly I couldn't see him for three months when I was overdue for injections (& could always see him for the previous 10 years within a month). Then they cancelled an appointment because they "thought it was my voice on their answering machine?!" Then Dr. Johnson, strongly urges me to stop seeing my ortho doc because she could give me better, ultra-sounded-guided injections. After waiting several weeks to see her, she said she didn't remember that comment & didn't want to give me injections first because I "didn't need them" even though she hadn't yet examined me, secondly because my insurance wouldn't cover them unless I had regular injections that hadn't work (I had had 2 of those) & finally (the truth) because she was running late for her holiday weekend!? Now, after I filed a complaint with IBX and got an appointment with a different doctor at TAG, they retaliate and drop me from their care, still in dire need of injections.
