Don't even bother asking these guys for a quote - they are totally unreliable and not to be trusted! I have a rental property & live out of state, so I needed a trustworthy company to take down a tree for me. They originally verbally quoted me back in august and the tree has still not been taken down - after they promised me on multiple occasions that they would take it down "tomorrow".

Of course, tomorrow never came and they never bothered to communicate to me why they failed to show or when they were planning to come back. After threatening them one last time on Thursday (10/20?11) that I would give the job to another vendor and register my complaint with Service Magic, which is where I found them in the first place.

So guess what? After promising to take the tree down on Friday, they didn't show up or call to tell me! So now, I am making it my goal to tell everyone I possibly can about how much these guys SUCK! The reviews on Service Magic must be bogus - because there is no way this outfit wouldn't have other negative reviews.

They kept asking me to send them a check for payment PRIOR to them completing the work - what a scam! I asked for a written quote or estimate several times, but they never followed through - BIG surprise!

I have all of the emails to prove what I'm saying is true - I gave these bums every opportunity to step up to the plate and do the right thing. The only thing they are good at is LYING! I'm only upset that I have to give them even 1 star - they should have a negative rating to register against guys like this!!

Terrible business company, I paid them over 7 thousand dollars and take down 4 trees and stumps. They barely remove any stumps and roots. We didn't find out until 6 months after, since we got it done in the winter time. Been trying to get a hold of him but doesn't pick up. Kept calling and calling but SHAWN doesn't pick up. Below is the invoice and pictures, I'm in the process of suing this crook . This is recent dated 8/13/16, stay away from this company that run by a crook, thief, unprofessional business person.

We tried renting the grinding machine and do it our selves, but its not my specialty and couldn't do it. Then we hired a competent profession to do the job. And guess what SHAWN crook, You're going to pay for all of that and some of my days off and suffering. I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT.

These Guy are totally unreliable, they lie about what they were asking for. They wanted more money and the job was not even half done. They wanted full amount when the job was not complete. They were suppose to cut down my tree and Grind out stump, which they never completed. They said they would be back the next morning but never showed up. I thank God I never paid them the full amount. I tried calling several time and left message, they never returned call. I am a Bible believing Christian and I forgive them for what they did. People please don't trust these guy at all. I should of read the reviews on them before hiring them. I don't know how these Guys are still in business. They quoted a price and they did not stick to it. CAUTION STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

***** EXCEPTIONAL ***** My Dad is 83 years old, and a few of his trees broke during a bad storm/hurricane here in Philly. We contacted Brennan Tree Service and got a call back the SAME DAY, and the owner came to look at Dad's yard the same day. The NEXT DAY they took everything damaged out of the yard, trimmed all trees, removed ALL DEBRIS - not a leaf remained on the ground - and did a PERFECT job! We prayed beforehand when looking for someone to help us out, and God sent us Brennan Tree Service. We are very happy and overjoyed with the work that was done. This is a GREAT company with a WONDERFUL owner and wonderful staff. A+ and 5 stars for Brennan! THANK YOU VERY MUCH :)
