VSEC's official policy is if they make a mistake, it is TOTALLY NORMAL, and you are going to eat the bill because that's the cost of doing business. Their ultrasound technician incorrectly diagnosed my cat with a blockage, the vets told me my cat needed emergency $3,500 open-abdominal surgery, and when it turned out my cat was 100% fine, nothing was wrong, and they made a mistake they wouldn't even give me an apology--much less a refund or partial refund.

Let me repeat that: they will misdiagnose your pet, pressure you into immediate, $3,500, traumatic surgery, find out they were wrong, and tell you "Mistakes happen, cost of doing business".

Perhaps they're good if they get it right. All I can say is if they get it wrong you're out of luck.

At the end of 2013 they saved my dogs life. Her blood went haywire. White blood cells red blood cell's marrow we're all decreasing. They gave her many medications and she bounced back. She now has bladder cancer. Usually, dogs have symptoms within 3 to 5 months and succumb to the illness in 6 to 9 months. She was diagnosed the end of 2015 and it is two years later and she still alive ,with no symptoms, due to the care she has received at VSEC. She is even passed her life expectancy which is 12 without medical conditions. She is now a super senior at 14 years old and still has no symptoms of the bladder cancer due to the expertise of Dr. Kaz.
