Used a travel agency & paid for travel insurance. Never received no paperwork. My daughter had an accident and since I had no insurance papers I had to pay out of pocket. Went to the travel agency told them what happed and the took a copy of the bill ($40). I never heard nothing else for several months. So I decided to write, email & fax them another copy of the bill. They went back and forth with me over $40. I was offered a $25.00 discount toward my next trip. I explained to her I have no plans on working with this company again. I paid for insurance and she never gave me insurance info on how to get reimbursed. It should not have taken a year to only tell me that I was not going to be reimbursed for the money I had to spend. Still waiting on insurance information.
