An AMS Restoration employee, and the driver of AMS Restoration van with the license plate ZHJ-8626 traveling along Vine Street in Philadelphia at 5:15pm on Friday, June 29th is a disgrace! My family (4) children, myself and my husband were traveling through a GREEN light on the cross street when your driver decided to try to make an illegal right on red without consideration of those already in the lane. Your employee almost rammed into our vehicle and only stopped to open his car door, scream at us with inappropriate and uncalled for profanities, then threatened my family, and proceeded to cut us off. Once in front of us, he again opened his driver’s side door, attempted to jump out of the car door and threaten my family.

It was a disgusting display of unprovoked road rage. My children were completely traumatized and fearful your employee was going to hurt them. If this is the type of volatile and hostile workers employed by AMS Restoration LLC, then I can assure you I will never use your services and would caution anyone thinking of hiring your company to think twice about letting such an irrational and uncontrollable representative of AMS Restoration into their home.

I have photos and video of the incident to prove my claim and would be happy to share this evidence with the manager or owner of AMS.
