The employees at American Life more often than not are rude and at times seem to not know how to do their job. While transporting my sister the paramedics were talking to each other making fun of her. The people in charge aren't much better as I've heard at least 2 of them in the hallways of the facility where my sister is doing the same thing. I think they should find a new field to work in or at least fake professionalism.

They are inconsiderate of neighbors and the environment. This morning they have been idling in front of my house for a half hour with their noisy deisel engine running right outside my kitchen. They are waiting to put up my neighbor who lives at the complete opposite end of the street. Why not wait in front of their clients house with their noisy, polluting, engine running? Have they heard about the gas and deisel prices? Are they aware of global warming? Inconsiderate on all points. How can you run a business like this? Try turning off your engine!
