This company is a fraud. After being with them for only a couple of months I asked them to cancel my 3 policies and to refund my money right away which they never did. I called them several times and emailed them multiple times but they never refunded my money. I tried calling them again today and i get a message that the number is no longer a working number, then i try going into their web site and their web site no longer exist. Any body knows if there is anything I can do to try to get my money back?

The worse company I have ever dealt with my claim went over a month and they never even sent anybody out to my house i have not missed any payments but they still have not done anything about my claim. i will not even give them 1 star as they don't even rate that but i have to give them a star to get this review submitted.

Based on my experience dealing with this company customer service. I wouldn't at any time recommend this warranty company. Please do your research and read the bad reviews .

How many days do I need to wait to receive the check for $150 as you promised. It is more than 60 days.
This is NOT the service, I expected from you. You NEVER RESOLVED THE ISSUE. Will reach out to an attorney. This company is the most worst one. Never believe them. Works just in PAPER. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. LOST $360 on warranty and 180 on service. They always say you can claim only after 180 days means you cannot dispute with creditcard company. Very smart cheating company.

Just purchased the blue total coverage plan about 2 months ago. Last week I had a major plumbing stoppage. When I say major I mean it! Every toilet in the house was overflowing the water was even coming out of the shower drains. I had to shut off my the water main until Barry from West City Plumbing got here. He was snaking the drains for over an hour and a half to clear the blockage. When he finished he told me the bill was $250.00 which he would be billing to American Home Guard and all I had to pay him was $65.00 for the service fee. Hope I don't have to use it again but I am glad it was there when I needed it.

I'm glad i've chosen American Home Guard. When speaking with a representative to help answer some questions I had about my policy were very nice and wasn’t eager to get me off the phone. Glad I chose this company to cover me.

A few months after signing with endurance home warranty we awoke to a very cold shower. I called ehw right away and we had someone come out the same day. This was our first experience requesting service with our warranty; we were pleasantly surprised at how quick the whole process even was the plumber arrived we had hot water by that evening

My stove top was not working the way it should and I needed it repaired. I contacted american home guard whos reps gave me assurance that my problem will be taken care of. The whole process from filing the claim to the repair was a breeze and showed me why they have such great reviews.

I had a dishwasher claim and was worried it would be awhile before I would see it working again. Much to my surprise they found me someone to come out to my home faster than expected. My dishwasher was up and running before I knew it. Great work!

American home guard really came through to help me when my furnace seized in mid winter. My family and I needed the repair done quickly. I contacted american home guard and they had someone sent to me within 24 hours of my claim. They have shown me that they are reliable.

I was so happy to renew my coverage with American Home Guard. Once my policy expired I made sure to renew as soon as I can.. They are always a delight to deal with and are always quick to get the job done. As long as I own a home it will have the coverage of american home guard.

I have had american home guard coverage for 2 years now and I have not had a problem with them yet. They have always been so courteous in handling each claim. They have been a great asset for my home and i'm so happy with our coverage.

Our washing machine had broken down so we called and scheduled a repair. Our washing machine was operating as if new within an hour. We would not have known how to fix the problem so we would have bought a new machine of it were not for our service plan.

Since we moved into our house, we've had problems with our dishwasher. After two attempts to fix the dishwasher, Home Guard replaced the dishwasher with an equivalent model.

My heater went out, I contacted American Home Guard, I was immediately contacted by a service technician that came to my home, found the problem, ordered the parts fixed the problem. I found the experience very fast even though he had to order a specific part. They have been excellent from the start.

I was very sceptical at first using American Home however, now I am a huge fan. They were extremely professional from my first phone call to the resolution of my issue. The service technician was prompt and professional. They were great in working within my time schedule.

I had multiple electrical outlets that didn't work. The AHG repairman stuck to evaluating the situation and fix the issue.

American Home Guard has been great! They are very timely with the service call and dispatch of the contractors. I have had issues with my furnace and both times the issue was fixed in a timely and professional manner. Keep up the good work AHG

I have only used them once. I requested the appt online because it wasn't an emergency. I got a call from AHG within 20 minutes to get my information and then the service contractor called 10 minutes after that. The service people were on time, courteous and got everything up and running quickly.

We have used American Home Guard's warranty service twice since we bought our house in June, 2017. In both cases, the response was quick, efficient and professional. Both issues were resolved without any hassle.
