They did a great job of cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. Very professional and explained everything to me!

I used this company to clean my heater vents. They went above and beyond and I can already feel the difference in the heat coming out of the vents. They also cleaned my dryer vent at no extra charge. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company

Book the Best Power Washer which is the wonderful perfectionist company Affordable Squeaky Clean. I live in a high end Townhouse and I am very particular . Tom exceeded my expectations. I apologized for being picky and he assured me he would want the same . Affordable Squeaky Clean spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning my third floor deck and Pergola;it actually sparkled when they completed the job. Congratulations Tom on earning my five star rating which I rarely do: you are my Power Washer Whisperer.

Totally satisfied with the quality of work from this company. It was just the owner and a worker who treated my home as if it was their own, and it helped that they arrived on time. I got a packaged deal on power washing and my air ducts cleaned overall they spent about 4-5 hours and provided a quality job instead of just rushing and collecting a days pay. Will definitely be calling them again in the near future.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Affordable Squeaky Clean. ASC missed 5 vents during their cleaning of our vents and duct work - this is not the reason for the negative review. What I'm infuriated about is the fact that they never returned to complete the job and no-showed 6 re-scheduled appointments. They've been fully paid for the work, yet the project is incomplete. We notified ASC the day after they visited our home and scheduled ASC to return - they no-showed. We attempted to re-schedule again - they no-showed. We went through this exercise 6 times. After the third attempt we involved Tom the owner of ASC. Tom's intervention did not help. We attempted three more times and once again - no-show, no-show, no-show. Their excuses for not showing were lame (car trouble, another job, etc.). You can accept an excuse the first time around, but by the 6th time, you have to believe something else is going on. We would receive phone calls from techs stating they were 15 mins away. Three hours later - still nobody would show. After 6 attempts, I feel foolish and frustrated. We have no recourse but to hire another company to complete the job. We expressed our frustration to Tom and requested a refund. He only made excuses of why the techs didn't show. He offered no apologies. In talking to Tom, I found him to be argumentative and insulting. He referenced previous conversations with my wife and imitated her in an insulting tone. Being a service-based small business owner myself, I'm disappointed that Tom didn't make us a priority. At this time the work is not completed - nor will it ever be completed. I'm unsure what rating to give ASC since the project is still incomplete, yet they've taken our money and have no intention of refunding it. I won't do business with Affordable Squeaky Clean again and would advise you to look elsewhere for other services. In my opinion, they don't meet the requirements for a company that's recommended by Home Advisor.

4 hours late. . Then the girl takes a break as soon as she gets here to go to court. The man who came with her had my husband move the furniture while he bummed ciggerettes until she returned. I wish I could post pictures. 300 dollars. They moved nothing on the floor.. not even the scale to sweep or mop. There are crumbs on my floor. The sink was not touched. The top of the fridge still dusty. Nothing was dusted for that matter. A hand written receipt that she lied and said she left at ten. My husband had to stop her from leaving after 2 hours to sweep up stairs. I called the owner and he blamed me. Told me it takes time to clean. I said please tell me how long it takes to pick up a floor scale off the floor. I couldn't even tell you what they did. 300 dollars and he tells me we got a discount! Tom tells me don't blame yourself. . Instead he blames my husband. Seriously! ! The cleaner left to go to court! And she counted that as time cleaning! I'm reporting them everywhere!

Horrible! My wife bought a livingsocial deal to have the windows cleaned. The day she scheduled the appointment they mentioned a $50 fee since they make no money off of the deal..ridiculous!! I could see a $10 tax, but $50..lol. Day of the appointment, no call or no show. Luckily livingsocial gave her a full refund. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Purchased 2 Living Social Vouchers. Called to schedule cleaning and they took over 2 weeks to call me back. By then, I had hired another cleaner for that occasion. Called them today to schedule and they demanded I give them an extra $40 cash per voucher for tax and GRATUITY! I told them I do not tip my cleaning people and would not give them $40. Tax, yes. Gratuity, no. They told me then I would have to wait 90 days until they were in my area (they didn't even know where I live!). By then, they (and I) knew that the Promotional Value of the vouchers would have expired and I would have to pay more money. Thieves! Shysters!

AWESOME, had my air ducts and vents cleaned. It was impressive to see that they used a $11,000 roto brush system. I have had this done in the past twice by two different company's and wasn't happy. They did a wonderful job. Will use again DEFINATELY

They are AMAZING. I've used them countless times on power washing, house cleaning, gutter cleaning, windows, carpet cleaning, snow removal, painting my garage, cleaning my vents, Christmas light installation. Every time, the men were dressed in company shirts and clothes to fit the job. Of course they are not going to wear their best to get dirty and soaked. I read reviews about them being late. They always give me a 2 hour window time because they don't like to rush their employees at the previous job. At least their late because they are putting extra care and working extra hard to do the best job they can at the previous clients home, I'll take a few minutes late for hard work, dedication, and efficiency. Also an time I would see something they would possibly miss after everything dried( which was not visible when it was wet) they would be here the same day or the next fixing it until it was perfect. This company is A+. I know there are other company's name Squeaky Clean so use the best AFFORDABLE Squeaky Clean!!

I purchased a coupon through Living Social for $60 for 3 hours of house cleaning. After purchasing the coupon, I was told that I needed to pay an EXTRA $40 (cash only) to the cleaner. Okay, that was sneaky, but I scheduled an appointment - needed the place cleaned by the end of the month. I scheduled an appointment and was told two women would be coming to my place to clean for 1.5 hours - that was fine too. On the day of my appointment, I got a call from a random man asking me when he can come over. I called the company and said that I was expecting a female. He said they don't use many females - most workers are men. As a single woman, that is NOT okay. Poor customer service - surly and mean. Luckily, I got my money back.

If I could have, I would have given ZERO STARS!!!!!

Whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT employ "Squeaky Clean" in Philadelphia to clean your home!



I purchased a few cleaning vouchers from daily deal websites (living social & saveology) and when I called "Squeaky Clean" to redeem, they tried

to say that an additional $40 for a mandatory gratuity & sales tax had to be paid per clean. That would essentially double the price I paid for the voucher...hardly a deal!



I contacted both daily deal websites and am in the process of getting my money back. Both stated that the agreement with the merchant was that there was NO ADDITIONAL FEES except if you are outside the service area. I was WELL WITH-IN their service area so no additional fees should have been requested. L



Living Social was great and immediately refunded me and said they had other

complaints stating the same about this awful company. Saveology has opened a case and I should be reimbursed from them as well.



"Squeaky Clean" are shyster, lying, scumbag scam artists and no one should trust them in their home!

Never use this place. I called many times just to make an appointment to have my rug cleaned. Finally I made the appointment for the one day that suited me, as I had new tenants coming in. I had gotten the special thru DealFind. The day of the appointment came and no one showed. After leaving about 5 messages, the guy returned my call, said he had no record of my appointment, that he wouldn't have set it up that way, and what did I expect anyway, with the discount I was getting: "Do you expect a great job when you are getting this kind of a discount?" were his words. He was so rude. I was dumbfounded. Now trying to get my money back from Squeaky Clean and DealFind. Will not use either again. The computer makes me give this place at least one star rating, but in my opinion it is worth no stars at all.

Terrible place..the worst cleaners in the world. Do not trust them ever!!! Stay away! They stay and do not complete the job!

They stole my ipad...and they did a crappy job of cleaning. They contract out to people with questionable abilities and scruples. They arrived late (taking public transportation). AND THEY STOLE MY IPAD. Don't use them EVER!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

I bought a coupon from Philly Dealyo for 3 hours of housecleaning for $49. The cleaner, Sam, called and the first thing out of his mouth was that there was a $35 gratuity and tax charge. Since $84 is still cheap for 3 hours of cleaning, I agreed. However, Sam called numerous times and made different appointments which he either canceled or changed. I finally got sick of dealing with him and called and left a message for the management. All I got was more calls from Sam. Do not use this service unless you like being frustrated and harassed with unproductive phone calls.

They did a decent job on the windows and the guys were nice enough but it was hard to schedule an appointment with them and they had to come out twice because the first guy came with a standard ladder when I have a 3 story townhouse and they never bothered to ask how high the building was so they had to come back another time with a higher ladder. Decent job on the windows but I don't think I'd use them again.

0 stars: Wow ! I can't get over what just happened. 16 calls, appointments made and broken. I left work early to meet them at my house. Eventually they tell me they are stuck in traffic.... ON THE SEPTA 27!! I feel bad an pick them up at bus stop. My house needs a total cleaning now that they are done. AND... they asked for the coupon... the tax... AND a gratuity! If I stop laughing, I'll start crying. Cuz I have to spend another day cleaning my house. How can they remain in business? It will be my mission to shut them down

I purchased a Living Social coupon for 3 hours of housekeeping from them and I have never been able to schedule an appointment. I have emailed and called several times. One time I even spoke to someone on the phone and he said he'd call me back and he never did. Very irresponsible and unprofessional!
