I scheduled an appointment and was told the guy Tony would show up between 11 and 1 he didn't arrive until almost 3 o'clock only contacting me twice once around 12:30 to tell me he would be late, about 30 minutes, he didn't show up in 30 minutes. I called again around 1:30 and he said he was on his way, i received another call at 2:30 with him asking for directions I asked why he was running so late and he said he had to get tape from home depot. He finally arrived at 2:55. It took him around and hour and a half to finish. I checked the finish product the entrance to the room wasn't glued down and the piece he placed in the closet was just thrown in there. I asked him to glue that spot and the corner. When he was finished he just got his payment and left, he made no attempt to clean anything and the edges of the carpet spots he replaced were fringed and he didn't tidy up anything it looked like a child had done the job. I was very disappointed with the work i would never recommend them to anyone.
