No appt necessary. They fail to keep it anyway, so don't vainly attempt to make one. The bitter, angry, female boss of this unprofessional establishment has no clue how to speak to customers and provide quality service, let alone a professional atmosphere. She thinks she's above the very people she wants patronizing her business. No wonder her establishment was completely empty when I entered. I guess her customers from last year saw her 'nasty' for what it was and is today, and, had a change of mind. Crazy thing is, a few of her employees aren't that much better than she is. Newsflash!!!! STOP being nasty, rude and angry towards your customers. They aren't you're problem. You are your own problem. Good luck with building this business. You're going to need it. Not even worth the one star given.

Great Atmosphere, Great People and my Nails are beautiful !!!! All the nail techs are awesome. Some days the shop have a cocktail hour it is awesome.
