Awful. 2 days before my wedding they tried to cancel because (i'll quote them) "if you don't want the service, tell me now because i have alot of proms that day". Also, booked an 8 person towncar (for 8 people) for $120 total including gratuity. A mercedes suv showed up (seats 6) and the price was the same. we had to have a second car follow (our own car). When i paid the driver he asked for a tip. very rude, very unprofessional.
