I purchased a custom charm from Bel Jewelers for over 400 dollars. The charm had some imperfections that we requested be fixed. After 4 attempts the charm was slightly discolored and we were told that it would not get any better. We were also made aware of the "no refund" policy. When my husband expressed his displeasure about the piece, Bel Jewelers complained about him to his employer since he had stopped in on his way home from work. We have since decided to have the charm redone by another jeweler. When that jeweler tested the gold it wasn't even 14k, as stated on our receipt and stamped on the back. I would never recommend this jeweler to anyone.
