Hi, I'm Laurie, and welcome to Save A Small Dog Rescue, Inc. We are a licensed facility that rescues small breed dogs. We are a non-profit 501 (c) 3 tax exempt , California, charitable organization. We are a public benefit corporation. With the help of me and others, we rescue and adopt small breed dogs from our home in Phelan and at PETCO in Rancho Cucamonga on weekends. We are devoted to providing lots of love, nurturing, socialization ( which is a big factor), and patience with the dogs in our care. In return, we want to find people who will love them as much as we do. We are located in the High Desert, Phelan, next to Victorville and Hesperia. We house dogs less than twenty pounds.

These people think they are god with these dogs. First they showed up 45 min late to Petco in Beaumont. After being questioned like a criminal for an hour straight and filling out paperwork. We were told no. We were told no because we have a pond. Basically I was told I was not responsible enough to take care of a puppy because I had a pond. My three year old caught has not ended up in the pond either. Now I am not only upset for being told I was not responsible, my wife and daughter is upset and sad. This little go was perfect for us. Please do not support these people at all.

Contacted them about adopting a dog in the rescue. After one phone interview and submitting adoption paperwork never heard back from them again and when attempting to call them they never return any of our calls.
