MY OVERALL rating would be ZERO STARS IF I could rate this LOSER MECHANIC.
I paid DAVE MILLER HUNDREDS OF $$$ to fix my 4Runner and instead he RIPPED MY ENGINE APART & LEFT IT IN PIECES SITTING OUTSIDE OF MY TRUCK. HE SAID "I CAN FIX THIS TRUCK AND MAKE IT LIKE NEW" & NEVER RETURNED TO FINISH THE JOB.
HES A FLAKE. ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY BUT COULD NEVER GET HERE ON TIME OR AT LEAST BEFORE 11 AM.
HES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, & was always ACCOMPANIED by his GIRLFRIEND???
SAID HE WAS CERTIFIED BUT NEVER SHOWED ME HIS CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE.
VERY CARELESS & RECKLESS; STRIPPED & BROKE SEVERAL BOLTS IN MY BLOCK MAKING IT WORTHLESS. IN ADDITION, WENT TO JUNKYARD WITH MY $265.00 & BOUGHT A SET OF HEADS, ONE OF WHICH HAD A BLOWN VALVE!
WHO WOULD DO THAT????
I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE & REPAIR, WHO ADVISED ME THAT THEY WILL BE LOOKING INTO THIS CRIMINAL MATTER

I had been dealing with a timing chain cover leak for about 3 months. Not being a mechanic I was trying to do it myself after a shop quoted me $1100 to $1500 to do the job. I just did not have that kind of money. So I called DM Automotive and Dave came out and was able to take care of it in about 3 hours. He also saved me over $500. I would recommend DM Automotive to anyone in the High Desert looking for a mechanic that will come to you.
