BEWARE OF PCCI. Total waste of money and time. I will never use again and I write this to WARN others to beware of PPCI. For example, Brian took my money and never or rarely showed up again to supervise his sloppy workers.



As a customer, I unfortunately had to babysit PCCI's workers -- and play the role of supervisor because their 'boss' was never around to supervise. This was an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE, disappointing experience. I WANT MY $45,000 BACK!



If I could provide a NEGATIVE score, I would. This was a TERRIBLE REMODEL.



HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES:



1) I did not get the roof design I asked for because PCCI COULD NOT provide me with blueprints or any kind of good plan to scale. SURPRISE! A roof I do not want.

2) the interior detail work was EXTREMELY sloppy. Door latches would miss strike plates by 1/2 inch and door frames would be off by more than one onch when a good acceptable tolerance would be 1/8 inch. SLOPPY!

3) the workers used my bathrooms like they were public toilets (without my permission).

4) the workers left food wrappers and trash strewn about.

5) the workers played loud music and yelled obscenities without regard to children in the house.

6) the work was unsupervised except for me -- the customer -- babysitting Brian's workers.



Finally, my wife and I had to seek out another company to do the work on our remodel. In frustration, I took photos to document the poor quality of work, and am currently considering hiring an attorney to recoup some of my loss.



Save your money and time and do not use these slobs!
