the receptionist was amazing = great personality and seemed to actually care about me. I was kept waiting more than 30 minutes without a word from the stylist - looked at like I had a skin disease by 3 different salon employees and was basically ignored, 1 stylist actually said since nobody's here - I am going to the bank. then, more than 51 minutes AFTER I had walked out disgusted - Jessica, the stylist I had an appointment with - called and said maybe I had been kept waiting, uh, like a couple of minutes and I needed to come back that afternoon because she could work me in. Nice looking salon, sorry service.
