I was referred here by American Family. When I arrived the employee at the desk was rude and unprofessional. She said they did not want my business because American Family does not pay their bills. I highly doubt this!! My guess is they don't let them get away with gauging them. She said they only like working with USAA and State Farm. I went across the street to Falcon Collision and had a great experience. Stay clear of this place. They have a lot to learn about professionalism and customer service.
