Called this morning as I had no water coming from my pump. Jessica was amazing with her wonderful personality and customer service. She was able to have Steven and Allen come out after a couple of hours and they immediately fixed my problem and lets just say...water is a wonderful thing that I will never take for granted again! They rock!!

25% Increase over bid without warning!

I have an old well that I was considering a pump replacement. Called Barnhart and talked with Steve for about 1/2 hour. He convinced me that I should have a diagnostic done on my well before deciding what needed to be done. "For $165 we'll do a complete evaluation of your well and pressure system." I agreed and set an appointment for the service. I got their report several weeks later and an invoice for $225. When I called and asked about the increase, I was told that they spent another 1/4 hour on the diagnostic. I asked why I didn't get a phone call as to the increase and the receptionist just repeated that it took them another 1/4 hour to complete the job. So I figure that their quote of $3,000 to replace the pump is really somewhere around $4,000 once you're on the hook. I'm lucky, I only got hosed for the additional $60. I won't do business again with one who increases the price without notice. If you do business with Barnhart, demand notice an explanation for all increases or you may be in for a big surprise!
