SO DISAPPOINTED in the customer service at this place. My best friend, visiting from Florida, is the only reason I tried this popcorn – I’m not generally a fan, but she loves popcorn of all kinds. She bought the dark chocolate covered Blue Raspberry flavor and LOVED IT, and I have to say - I tried it and was almost converted. Sadly, she's going through a rough breakup and I wanted to send her a bag.

I stopped at the booth at Mayfair Mall hoping to find this flavor. They did not have it, but the sweet sales girl gave me her boss CJ's number. I was so excited when I called CJ and she said she was making a new batch that night and would call me when it was ready. Days pass, no phone call. I call the store enquiring about it. They did not have it, but should soon, I was told. More days pass without a phone call, so I stop back to the booth at Mayfair. Still not in stock. I gave it another day before I called again this afternoon. I ask if they have the flavor in stock, and when I find out they don't, I ask when it will be available.

I’m told THEY HAD IT A FEW DAYS AGO BUT SOLD IT ALL, and now likely won’t have more for at least another week. I mentioned I was expecting a call from CJ regarding this batch, and 'Christine' that answered the phone tells me she is CJ, and that 'her girls put it on the floor and sold it' without her knowing. I find this hard to swallow and very unprofessional.

This whole process has been beyond frustrating, and at this point I will be spending my money elsewhere. I suggest you take this into consideration if you are planning on custom orders from this business.
