I highly recommend John as a true legal professional. He helped me during the process of selling our house and every step of the way he was professional, helpful, patient in explaining the details of the process, walked through every offer to help me understand the ramifications of accepting/rejecting the offers and just overall a really nice guy. I will never engage in another real-estate transaction without John’s guidance and advice. He made the process easy and simple. Again, highly-highly recommended John for buying/selling your house.

Excellent would be an understatement. Professional yet personable. Straight forward, honest and candid. John's counsel made it possible for us to get to a satisfactory closing that otherwise would not have happened. For two and a half months, the buyer kept requesting a later closing date. Without John in our corner we would have lost the sale and the buyer would have lost their dream house. I guess you could say John is a modern day 'dream catcher'.
