This is by far the worst company there is out there. Ben is a horrible, mean and a liar to boot. He has no follow up, never returns phone calls and drunk to boot. All their web sites have incorrect property data. Do not use this company or have them as a property manager.

They operate Meadow Ridge Apartments at Pewaukee. They unreasonably withheld a lot of security deposit.

Horrible company to deal with, don't do business with these people. All promises with no delivery. They forget to pay bills and say they will get things done but don't.
