Well today June 20th I went to Pennzoil 10 minute oil change and sat there for about ten minutes then they had the audacity to come out to me and tell me they were closed yet there website said they closed at 3 it was only 1:30, petoskey Pennzoil you deserve 1 star I will be taking my buisness elsewhere

I was advised on 6/24/14 of the additional charge for "full service" which was suppose to include them checking tires and topping off fluids. When they were finished, they clearly had not checked my tires nor topped off the fluids. I asked about the tires and they gave an excuse that they do that last, basically as I am leaving. Clearly BS. I hadn't seen them top off any of the other fluids so after I left I checked. They did not, even though I paid for it. My washer solvent is nearly empty. AVOID THIS PLACE.
